De Algemene Ledenvergadering van ons aller ACC wordt NIET gehouden op donderdagavond 27 februari, om 20.00 uur, in ons clubhuis op ‘t Loopveld, maar een dag eerder, zelfde tijd & locatie, op woensdag 26 februari. Dit op verzoek van verschillende diehard fans van Ajax, dat donderdag thuis zijn belangrijke EuropaLeague-wedstrijd tegen Spanje's Getafe speelt.
Leden worden aangemoedigd om in grote getale* aanwezig te zijn vanwege een aantal belangrijke zaken die op de agenda staan. De volledige agenda is onderaan dit bericht te vinden. Ook aan de orde komt o.m. de situatie rondom ACC1, een vooruitblik op het nieuwe seizoen, de noodzakelijke renovatie van ons mooie clubhuis en de viering van het 100-jarig bestaan van ACC volgend jaar. Los van de gebruikelijke agendapunten. Er zal ook wat worden gezegd door initiator Rick Thorburn over de doelstellingen van de onlangs opgerichte ACC 100 Vrienden-sponsorclub.
De notulen, het jaarverslag van de secretaris, het jaarverslag van de penningmeester en de begroting zullen (in concept) op woensdag 26 februari vanaf 19.30 uur ter inzage liggen in het clubhuis van ACC.
Indien op het geplande tijdstip niet het volgens de statuten vereiste aantal stemgerechtigde leden aanwezig is, wordt middels deze convocatie een tweede Algemene Leden Vergadering uitgeschreven, te houden op dezelfde datum en plaats, aanvang 20.15 uur.
* En het is natuurlijk ook gezellig om elkaar weer eens te zien en te spreken na afloop en/of vooraf, onder het genot van een drankje.

English translation of ACC's AGM notification:
The Annual General Members' Meeting of ACC will NOT be held on Thursday evening, 27th February, at 8 p.m., but a day earlier, same time, same place: our pavillion (thus on Wednesday 26th February). The change is at the request of various diehard supports of Ajax, who play their EuropaLeague match at home against Getafe Thursday evening.
Members are encouraged to be present in large numbers * due to several important issues on the agenda. The full agenda can be found at the bottom of this message. Also to be discussed among other things is the situation regarding ACC1, a preview of the new season, the necessary renovation of our beautiful clubhouse and the celebration of the 100th anniversary of ACC next year. Apart from the usual agenda items something will also be said by initiator Rick Thorburn about the goals of the recently established ACC 100 Friends sponsor club.
If the number of members entitled to vote required by the articles of association is not present at the scheduled time, a second General Meeting shall be convened through this convocation, to be held on the same date and place, starting at 8.15 pm.
* And of course, it is also nice to see each other again and speak afterwards and/or beforehand, while enjoying a drink.
