De organisatoren van die verregende testmatch ACC-VRA laten weten dat er wordt geprobeerd om volgend jaar twee dagen test cricket in april en twee dagen in september te organiseren zodat deze goede traditie zsm weer kan worden hersteld.
English: The earlier announced 3-day test match ACC-VRA, due to start today, has been cancelled because of the weather. Sad. Plans are to organize two 2-day ‘tests’ next year, in April and September. So that a good tradition is continued as soon as possible. However, tomorrow’s event in the pavilion, to celebrate the ACC/VRA/Qui Vive U17-team that became national cricket champion recently (see report here) is NOT cancelled.
The celebration event will take place at tea time, around 16.00 hrs. Planned is also a clinic for ACC's youngest players (U9 and U11) to be given by the champions. That will take place earlier that afternoon on 28/9, from 14.00 to 16.00 hrs.
